* Received your order and want to return something? No problem!
* If you want the returned item in a different color, please reorder it from our webshop. We do not offer exchanges.
Register your return within 14 days (including weekends) and return your package within 14 days (including weekends).

Return costs are at your own expense.
Returns can be sent to the address below (within 14 days, including weekends). Jewelry or SALE items are not covered by our return policy and cannot be returned.

Processing

Gezennig will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to your bank account within 14 business days of receiving the product in good condition. If you purchased the product through a credit card company, there will be an additional processing time (approximately 3 days). The refund will be processed through the payment system.
